Just cleaned up and lubricated. Spins quickly and smoothly with about 7 turns. Likely made in the 1930's or 40's. Made of cast iron and steel and brass with the chrome being very good with minor oxidation. Sold as pictured. We will unscrew the apparatus from the base to fit into a medium flat rate box to save on shipping.
