Can easily be detached from bike to carry groceries, a pet or anything else you want.  Hook & loop keep the handles in place when it is on the bike...when you take it off, you can undo the hook & loop feature to make use the handles.
This basket comes as is...there are no extra clips or screws.
The basket comes with the screws that are used to attach it to handles, as shown in photo 3.
Handy cinch top, in case it starts raining and you don't want your items to get wet, as shown in photo 5.
