Description

harley twin cam flywheels.
This is a Harley Davidson lower end rebuilding service
Each engine will be disassembled clean and inspected
Shovel Head, EVO, and sporster Crankshaft will be disassembled.
At this point we will determine if we will rebuild rod set
assembly or replaced with new complete rod assembly
There will be no extra cost for this, the crankshaft will be reassembled
and trued , New sprocket races will be installed in cases
with new sprocket bearings ,preload set and new seal.
Right side cases will be line lap and oversize pinion bearings
fitted to size, new cam bearing or bearings install, cases will be resealed
and torqued to specs. Twin Cam A motors will be disassembled clean
and inspected. Crankshaft will be disassembled big end of rods will
honed round and oversize bearings and crankpin fitted with .0008
clearance and reassembled and trued ( rods must be in rebuildable
condition) 1999 to 2002 will have new sprockets races installed in left case
with new Timken bearings and seal, pre-load set . The 2003 to 2016
will have new roller bearing and seal installed in left case, right case will have new Pinion Bearing and cam bearings Installed , oil squirts will be Check for proper PSI
If Oil squirts do not come up to specs New ones will be installed for additional
. Cases will be resealed and torque two specs
Twin Cam B motors will have the same work as A motors plus all additional
Balancer work which will consist of removing and installing four new Bearings plus
All three chain sliders replaced with new ones,and this will come with additional cost
