DEC VAX 6000/510 CPU, vector processor and RAM module

Description

This auction is for a set of boards from the VAX 6000 series:

T2015 VAX 6000/510 CPU with shipping box
·
T2017 VAX 6000 Vector processor upgrade option
·
T2014 RAM Module (32MB)
The CPU module is one of the more intricate CPUs in the VAX lineup from the early 1990s. It and the vector processor have chips dating from 1990 and 1992.
The vector processing unit adds four additional processing units to the 6000 series for intense computational simulations. This was an optional upgrade to the main CPU.
These boards are not intended for use in working systems. There are no major scuffs or bent pins, and the chips are in very good condition, perfect for an early 90s mainframe display.
