Commodore Amiga A4000 040 16MB+2MB CF Card Gotek Repaired and Recapped OS 3.2
I've spent the last couple months repairing, restoring, and upgrading this beautiful A4000.
Original A3640 25mhz 040 CPU module
16mb fast, 2mb chip RAM
Main and CPU board professionally recapped using Nichicon and Panasonic long life caps.
PSU recapped where needed.
Battery corrosion cleaned, repaired, and sealed.
Converted to CR2032 battery holder.
IDE header modified to supply 5v power on pin 20 for DOMs and IDE card adapters.
Seagate 540MB HDD master w/ IDE2CF adapter slave mounted on rear for easy file swapping.
Upgraded Gotek w/ OLED display and 3d printed faceplate.  (I may switch this out with the latest Gotek revision in the next couple of days!)
Chinon 880k floppy cleaned and working well.
Kickstart ROM 3.2 and AmigaOS 3.2 installed.  NEW boxed copy w/ license supplied with it!
Includes original keyboard and mouse.
Keyboard has mismatched left ALT keycap from a Mitsumi keyboard.  It could also do with a retrobrite, but I'll leave that choice to the new owner.
