Each of the 1 oz Bitcoin Icon Silver Rounds comes with an individual protective capsule to house the round and a Certificate of Authenticity. The COA included with your purchase boasts a serial number that matches the one found on the edge of each of the rounds.
The Bitcoin Icon Series is one of three from the Anonymous Mint, alongside the Bitcoin Guardian and Bitcoin Anonymous collections. Each of these launched with 1 oz silver rounds in proof and antique options. Recent additions to each include these new gold-plated, proof-like options. The application of the thin layer of gold is limited in scope to create contrast between the visual fields and select design elements on the round.
Obverse designs of the 1 oz Bitcoin Icon Silver Round include the Bitcoin symbol at the center of the field. The Bitcoin logo is made from a capital letter B with two vertical lines struck through the center of the symbol, much like the $ symbol of the US Dollar. This side of the round has the added gold plating which encompasses the Bitcoin logo. The application of the gold plating helps enhance the visual contrast between the design field and elements struck onto it. In the background field of the round, you will notice there are lines of binary code running across the element in a series of 1s and 0s.
Reverse features of 1 oz Bitcoin Icon Silver Rounds vary and focus on the symbols, or icons, of various elements related to crypto currencies. This includes symbols of e-commerce, such as shopping carts, but also symbols of mining and security, including shields, clouds, and a pickax.
